IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ON DEMON RACE?
Of course! Your transactions are protected through the use of the most advanced technology and encryption systems (SSL) and the use of the VeriSign certificate, which provides the highest level of protection in e-commerce. You also have protection at PayPal purchases, against fraud, phishing and identity theft, thanks to encrypted transactions using advanced encryption technology.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Payments with most common credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer and payment on delivery are accepted.
HOW CAN I USE THE COUPONS?
You will be able to enter your discount code at check out, before finishing your payment, in the box provided.

SHIPPING
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation and then entrusted to the courier company of your choice. From that time your order is taken care of by the express courier. In Italy, couriers can generally take 24 to 48 business hours from the time they take over handling. Delivery times may be extended in the event of bad weather, strikes, or other extraordinary events not attributable to and predictable by Demon Race. For all European Union countries, couriers take 3 to 5 working days. For all Extra CEE countries, delivery takes 8 to 15 business days, except for customs delays. Please note: Extra EEC purchases are shipped without VAT, goods may then be stopped at customs for additional customs duties.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs vary by destination country and are applied to each order automatically when the order is checked out. Free shipping is provided for orders with Italian destination over 99€. In case of cash on delivery payment an additional cost of 3,90€ will be charged.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS?
In case of delivery to countries outside the EU, additional customs clearance costs may apply. These costs are fully borne by the recipient and are not pre-determined by Demon Race. For more information on the duties applied, we suggest you contact the customs office of the destination country. In case you choose cash on delivery, a service available only for shipments with Italian destination, there is an extra cost of 3,90€.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF THE ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped. You will be updated on any status changes via email, or you can always access the status of your order in your personal area: My Account.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDE RYET
You can easily track the products you order through the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. If any further problems arise, please feel free to contact us via the Customer Service section.
ORDERS
WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your order number will be shown to you when your order is completed. You will be able to find it in the confirmation email of successfully placed order and you can always see it in your personal area "My Account".
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER CONFIRMATION?
No, but you can return your order by activating a return procedure within 15 days from the date of purchase.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?

RETURNS
WHAT ARE THE REFUNDS TERMS?
You can always make a return within 15 days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
– products must be returned in their entirety and not on parts or components of them even in the case of kits;
– returned products must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged and must not show obvious signs of use;
– returned products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with every accessory, bagging and label;
– returned products must be sent to Demon Race in a single shipment.
Demon Race reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times. For more information you can refer to our Terms & Conditions.
I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
We recommend at the time of delivery to check the integrity of the package, if in doubt about the integrity, accept the shipment with reservation. If the merchandise is damaged or is different from what you ordered, contact Customer Service immediately. You will be provided with all the instructions you need to follow to activate the "non-conforming return" procedure.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
If you would like to return one or more of the items in your order, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to process your return. Access the Returns & Refunds section and follow the instructions to activate the return process.

The return shipping costs are charged to the costumer.
