Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation and then entrusted to the courier company of your choice. From that time your order is taken care of by the express courier. In Italy, couriers can generally take 24 to 48 business hours from the time they take over handling. Delivery times may be extended in the event of bad weather, strikes, or other extraordinary events not attributable to and predictable by Demon Race. For all European Union countries, couriers take 3 to 5 working days. For all Extra CEE countries, delivery takes 8 to 15 business days, except for customs delays. Please note: Extra EEC purchases are shipped without VAT, goods may then be stopped at customs for additional customs duties.
Shipping costs vary by destination country and are applied to each order automatically when the order is checked out. Free shipping is provided for orders with Italian destination over 99€.
In case of cash on delivery payment an additional cost of 3,90€ will be charged.
In case of delivery to countries outside the EU, additional customs clearance costs may apply. These costs are fully borne by the recipient and are not pre-determined by Demon Race. For more information on the duties applied, we suggest you contact the customs office of the destination country.

You can always make a return within 15 days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
– products must be returned in their entirety and not on parts or components of them even in the case of kits;
– returned products must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged and must not show obvious signs of use;
– returned products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with every accessory, bagging and label;
– returned products must be sent to Demon Race in a single shipment.
Demon Race reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times. For more information you can refer to our Terms & Conditions.
We recommend at the time of delivery to check the integrity of the package, if in doubt about the integrity, accept the shipment with reservation. If the merchandise is damaged or is different from what you ordered, contact Customer Service immediately. You will be provided with all the instructions you need to follow to activate the "non-conforming return" procedure.
