SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 working days from the confirmation of payment and then be entrusted to the trusted courier. From that moment your order is taken in management by the express courier.

  • In Italy, couriers can generally take 24 to 48 working hours from the moment they take the order. Delivery times may be extended in case of bad weather, strikes or other extraordinary events not attributable and foreseeable by Demon Race.
  • For all countries of the European Union, couriers take 3 to 5 working days.
  • For all Extra-CEE countries, the delivery takes place from 8 to 15 working days, except for customs delays. Attention: extra CEE purchases are shipped without VAT, the goods can then be stopped at customs for the payment of additional customs duties.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are charged to the Customer and are specified during the check out process, before the conclusion of the order. The costs are calculated according to the weight/volume of the products purchased and the country of destination. For shipments with Italian destinations, free shipping is provided for orders over 99€. 

In case of delivery to non-EU countries, additional customs clearance fees may apply. These costs are fully borne by the recipient and are not pre-determined by Demon Race. For more information on the duties applied, we suggest that you contact the customs office in the country of destination.

Note: An additional fee of 3,90€ will be charged for payment by cash on delivery.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

When the order is shipped, you will receive an email that will confirm the shipment containing all the useful information to check the status of the shipment directly from the courier’s website. You will be updated on every change of the status by email, also you can always access the status of your order in your personal area My Account and the section Track Order.
