GENERAL CONDITIONS

You can always make an exchange or return within 15 days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their entirety and not on parts or components of them even in the case of kits;
  • Returned products must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged and must not show obvious signs of use;
  • Returned products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with every accessory, bagging and label;
  • Returned products must be sent to Seller in a single shipment. Demon Race reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times.

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE

Do you want to replace one or more products purchased from our Online Store or Temporary Store with another item or just change size or color? You can exchange goods within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the products are unused, undamaged, complete with their labels, tags and packaging bag; it is also essential to have:

  • For purchases made on the Online Store, the order number;
  • For purchases made at our Temporary Store, a copy of the receipt;

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To make a merchandise exchange follow this simple procedure:

  • Print and fill out the following RMA form, indicating the reason for the return, for example: "SIZE CHANGE" or "ITEM CHANGE", and email it to: info@demonrace.com.

  • Keep an eye on your e-mail (remember to check your spam too), within a few days you will receive from Demon Race Customer Service an e-mail of acceptance or change RMA with the assigned case number; including the cost estimate of the shipping costs of the new item requested in exchange (to be paid by the customer) and any additional costs to be incurred in case of choosing a more expensive item than the one to be returned.

  • Make the payment budgeted by Demon Race to confirm the case or respond to the e-mail with a cancellation request if you have changed your mind.

  • Prepare your product for return as carefully as possible to protect it in transit and ship the package with a courier of your choice to the address on the RMA Form taking care to enclose a copy of the completed Form inside the package.

  • Please note that we do not accept packages sent at the recipient's expense.

  • Upon shipment of the return, send an email to: info@demonrace.com indicating the courier to whom the package was entrusted, the tracking of the shipment and the reference of the assigned RMA file.

  • Upon receipt of the package, Demon Race Staff will verify that the conditions of the return are met and will proceed to ship the new item requested in exchange, notifying you by e-mail once the shipment has been made.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can decide to return your product within 15 days from the date of purchase in case of:

  • Non-conforming goods: the product is different from the description (only if accompanied by photos of the details and product labels);
  • Error in choosing the size;
  • You don’t like the color/style;
  • You changed your mind.

It is also essential to have:

  • For purchases made on the Online Store, the order number.
  • For purchases made at our Temporary Store, copy of the receipt.

RETURNS & REFUNDS PROCEDURE

If you have changed your mind and would like to return one or more products purchased from Demon Race, please read the following simple procedure.

  • Print and fill out the following RMA form, indicating "REFUND" as the reason for return, and email it to: info@demonrace.com.
 
  • Keep an eye on your e-mail, within a few days you will receive an e-mail from Demon Race Customer Service accepting or modifying RMA with the assigned case number.

  • Prepare your product for return as carefully as possible to protect it in transit and ship the package with a courier of your choice to the address on the RMA Form taking care to enclose a copy of the completed Form inside the package. Please note that we do not accept packages sent at the recipient's expense.

  • Upon shipment of the return, send an email to: info@demonrace.com indicating the courier to whom the package was entrusted, the tracking of the shipment and the reference of the assigned RMA file.

  • Upon receipt of the package, Demon Race Staff will verify that the conditions of the return are met in order to proceed with the refund of the full amount of the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs incurred initially when ordering.

  • Demon Race Staff will make the refund within 10 days of receipt of the returned merchandise through the same initial payment method of purchase, notifying you by email once the procedure is complete.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN COSTS

The shipping costs of the exchange or return are charged to the costumer.
