GENERAL TERMS

You can always make an exchange or return within 15 days from the date of purchase.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  • The products must be returned in their entirety and not in parts or components, even in the case of kits;
  • The returned products must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled, or damaged and must not show any signs of use;
  • The returned products must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with all accessories, packaging, and labels;
  • The returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. Demon Race reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Do you want to replace one or more products purchased from our Online Store or Temporary Store with another item or simply change the size or color? You can make a product exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, complete with their labels, tags, and packaging bag; it is also essential to have:

  • For purchases made on the Online Store, the order number.
  • For purchases made at our Temporary Store, a copy of the receipt.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To make a product exchange, follow this simple procedure:

    • Print and complete the following RMA form, indicating the reason for the return, for example: "SIZE EXCHANGE" or "ITEM EXCHANGE", and send it by email to: info@demonrace.com.

    • Keep an eye on your email (remember to check your spam folder too); within a few days, you will receive an acceptance or modification email from the Demon Race Customer Service with the assigned RMA case number; including a cost estimate for the shipping costs of the new item requested in exchange (at the customer's expense) and any additional costs to be incurred in case of choosing a more expensive item than the one to be returned.

    • Make the estimated payment provided by Demon Race to confirm the case or reply to the email with a cancellation request if you have changed your mind.

    • Prepare your product for return as carefully as possible to protect it during transport and ship the package with a courier of your choice to the address indicated in the RMA form, making sure to include a copy of the completed form inside the package.
      Please note that we do not accept packages sent at the recipient's expense.

    • Upon shipping the return, send an email to: info@demonrace.com indicating the courier entrusted with the package, the shipment tracking, and the assigned RMA case reference.

    • Upon receiving the package, the Demon Race Staff will verify that the return conditions are met and proceed with shipping the new item requested in exchange, notifying you via email once the shipment has been made.
